Lane 3: Ab + P + Ag (antibody + A/G agarose beads + antigen Nrec). Lane 4: Ab + P + Ag + PFA (antibody + A/G agarose beads + antigen Nrec + 3% paraformaldehyde). Lane 5: antigen (total lysate of Rosetta strain of Escherichia coli transformed with pLATE-51/Nrec). The gel was edited using clear delineation with dividing lines.
