The identified gene structure region carrying the mutated acrR on the chromosome of the CPKP isolates. The mutated structure around the acrR gene was identified in the study and visualized. The gene region around acrR was found to be identical in both strains of CPKP. The transcriptional regulator operon acrR was found to be closely related to either the acrRAB or acrREF structure.
