(A) Strains were diluted serially in 10-fold to being grown on YPD containing different concentrations of DNA damage reagents (MMS, methyl methane sulfonate and 4-NQO, 4-Nitroquinoline-1-oxide) at 30℃ for 2 days. WT, wildtype. (B) Growth curves of each strain after treatment with different concentrations of DNA damage reagents. The OD600 values were obtained by BioTek plate reader every 15 min at 30 °C for 48 h. Data were representative of three independent experiments. All the growth curves were repeated at least three times.
