It can be seen from the figure that there is a great difference in microbial composition between CP and CK treatment at the gate level and genus level. The problems of fast degradation of organic matter and high reactor temperature can be explained through microbial function. Alpha diversity and PCOA could further explain that adding corn pulp increased microbial community diversity and changed microbial community structure
