From: Carbon starvation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms selects for dispersal insensitive mutants
C-di-GMP levels of colonies that fail to disperse upon starvation measured using the cdrA::gfp reporter. Individual isolates were grown in M9 glucose medium overnight and 2 ml of culture was transferred to a 24 well plate in triplicate. GFP fluorescence and OD were measured using a Tecan plate reader. RFUs were calculated as GFP/OD600. Each data point is the average of three technical replicates
