Relative expression of UeArginase during mating process. At least 5 individual colonies were collected every 12 h in the mating assay until 48 h. The haploid samples mixed in the beginning of mating assays were collected as the tested samples of 0 h, which was used as a contrast to evaluate the relative expression of UeArginase during mating procedure. Differences in gene expression levels were analyzed by One-way ANOVA. For the treatment was significant (P < 0.05), Tukey’s multiple-comparison tests were used to analyze significant differences.
