Effect of L. plantarum C88 on NF-κB signaling in liver of mice. a NF-κB, I-κB, TLR2, and TLR4 gene expression was measured by RT-PCR. b Expression of Nuclear NF-κB and Cytoplasmic NF-κB, I-κB, TLR2,TLR4 and β-actin was detected by Western blot analysis. β-actin was used as a housekeeping control. The results are expressed as mean ± S.D.; each data point is the average of 3 repeated measurements from 10 independently replicated experiments (n = 10).
