Faecal cultures were grown in media with (mMCBISO) and without (mMCB) isoflavones. Colour key: each colour represent a value range of relative abundance that was selected for optimal visualization ranging between 0 and 55%. Hierarchical clustering of samples was performed with the complete linkage and Euclidean distance through R package
