Schematic representation of the plasmid pCPXBteGFP. The plasmid (11.63 Kb) is a derivative of plasmid pCPXHY1eGFP that contains the egfp gene under the control of the Pgpd promoter and the TtrpC terminator of the A. nidulans gpd and trpC genes, respectively. The vector also contains the complete TUB2 gene of P. xanthii, which confers resistance to MBC fungicides such as carbendazim. Positions of the main restriction enzyme sites are indicated.
