Sequence analysis and phylogenetic distribution of subA alleles from different genomic loci. Phylogenetic analyses were performed after sequencing and sequence analysis by the software Mega 5.1 using the UPGMA algorithm [28]. Results of the phylogenetic analysis demonstrate clustering of all subA genes according to their genomic loci with exception of subA 2-2 of strain LM27564 which is located in the region between subA 2-1 and subA 2-2 .
