The solid line shows the cut-off value of micro-IFA (1:80) that is generally used in Japan. The dotted line shows the candidate cut-off line of ELISA (the mean + n SD of 18 sera pairs of healthy subjects). Non-linear regression analysis was performed showing the correlations (R2 values) between ELISA results and micro-IFA titers
