Comparison of the LIPS mixture test with the sum of seven individual tests for detecting antibodies for diagnosis of TB. Antibody levels from the LIPS mixture test (Y-axis) was plotted against the sum (X-axis) of the levels of the individual antibody levels against PstS1, Rv0831c, FbpA, EspB, BfrB, HspX and ssb. Each circle represents a TB patient or control subject. The correlation between the two tests showed an R 2 = 0.85
