Antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) of infection of C57BL/6 mice macrophages with DENV-3. The enhancement of infection was evaluated by quantification of the viral titer in the supernatant of the macrophage cultures 48 h post-infection with the D3/BR/SL3/02 isolate, which was previously incubated with different dilutions of DENV-1 immune serum (1:10, 1:100, 1:1000, 1:2000, 1:5000, 1:10000 and 1:100000). Data represent the mean values ± SD. The results are representative of two similar and independent experiments. ***p < 0.001 when the virus incubated with DENV-1 immune serum was compared to the virus incubated with PBS or naive serum
