Expression of the Tb gdi gene. Real time PCR quantification of Tbgdi and of Tbcdc42 in Tuber borchii mycelia grown in the presence of the host plant (Tester) or root exudates (TSA) compared to untreated mycelia (Driver). The ΔΔCT method was used as described in Material and Methods. Data are average ± standard deviation of at least four independent experiments each performed in triplicate.
