ΔC_XY – and ΔC_YX – values represent the difference between the two libraries calculated by Libshuff. Libraries that are significantly different with a confidence of 95% are marked with*. 1, Building 1; 2, Building 2; W, winter; Sp, spring; Su, summer; F, fall.
