The clustering was done using sequential, agglomerative, hierarchical and nested (SAHN) method. The pairwise coefficient of similarity (Dice) was used for clustering with the UPGMA algorithm using NTSYSpc2.02a software. The phenogram resulted into 3 major phenon at 0.76 smilarity coefficient.
