The y-axis is the log2 differential expression as defined previously (GCRMA/FDR p = 0.01) and the x-axis indicates the number of the up (I) or down (II) regulated gene arranged by magnitude of change. Comparisons shown are between samples at the same time point with different supplements (A) or between samples at different time points but have received the same supplement (B).
