Survival analysis of A/JCr mice infected with B. anthracis Sterne strain. Mice were given 100 μg mAb intraperitoneally 2–3 h prior to infection and infected intravenously with 10⁴ bacterial cells. Mice were monitored daily for morbidity. The data shown represents pooling of six independent experiments using the same conditions.
