Panel G: Detergent fractionation of bloodstream forms and procyclic cells. Pellets (P) and supernatant fractions (SN) of cells solubilized either with RIPA buffer or with 0.5% Triton X-100. Western blots were developed with monoclonal anti-c-Myc antibody (= TbrPPX1), a polyclonal antiserum against BIP, and a polyclonal antiserum against a major paraflagellar rod (PFR) protein.
