Human fibrinogen, elastin and fibronectin were immobilised onto the surface of dextran chips. In each assay, recombinant FnBPB N23 isotype I was passed over the surface in concentrations ranging from 0.15 μM (lower-most trace) to 10 μM (upper-most trace). The phases of association and dissociation are indicated. The representative sensorgrams have been corrected for the response obtained when recombinant FnBPB proteins were flowed over uncoated chips.Back to article page
